Conducted policy research and prepared briefing materials for Administration officials, including fact sheets and memos on labor policy and workforce development. Developed a geospatial analysis tool using Python and NASA nightlights data to study economic activity in China. Facilitated interagency coordination and created tools to track labor strikes and contract agreements.

Conducted empirical research on female labor force participation, including summarizing academic literature and building statistical models to analyze demographic and policy impacts. Cleaned and validated a large census dataset of over 900,000 entries and used R to implement a difference-in-differences model evaluating the effects of paid family leave policies on employment.
